Your machines have data. Let’s bring it together. — Screenshots of the Flowlium development platform. Demonstration data.

Start with available sources

A factory may combine newer machines, older equipment and several software systems. Useful integration does not assume they all speak the same language. We identify accessible data and the adaptations needed.

  • Connectors for varied industrial environments.
  • An approach suited to your existing equipment.
  • Data brought together in one platform.
  • Support from connection to everyday use on the floor.

Flowhub links your floor to the platform

Flowhub collects data between your industrial sources and Flowlium. The project defines what to collect, synchronization rules, network constraints and expected behavior during interruptions.

Protocols, access and equipment models are validated case by case. Integration does not imply universal compatibility or exposing machine controls to the Internet.

Make data reliable before connecting everything

A signal needs a clear unit, timestamp and meaning. We aim to distinguish missing data from actual downtime and verify counters over a representative period.

This foundation supports monitoring, historical analysis and the evaluation of AI projects. The first deliverable is usable data, not simply connected equipment.

Practical questions. Clear answers.

Do existing PLCs need to be replaced?

We first assess what your equipment makes possible. Our connectors and support help define an approach suited to the project.

Can you connect an ERP or MES?

Options depend on the interfaces, formats, access and data exposed by the software. They are assessed within the integration scope.
